Shipping Locations
At this time, Remnant Body ships only within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days after shipment

Canada: 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other unforeseen factors are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Customs & Duties (Canada)
Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Remnant Body is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Remnant Body is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@remnantbody.com, including:
