Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Items must be in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Custom scent creations

  • Sale or clearance items (if applicable)

  • Used or opened products


Refunds & Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved returns may be issued as store credit or a refund to the original payment method, at our discretion

  • Store credit does not expire and may be used toward future purchases

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Custom Orders Disclaimer

All custom orders are made to order and are final sale. Due to the personalized nature of these products, they cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
